Improved Error Messages When Adding a Trip to a Run
When a dispatcher tries to add a trip to a run and something goes wrong, the error message now explains exactly why it failed. Before this update, the message didn't give enough detail to help fix the issue.
Leg Number Filter Added to the Operations Screen
This makes it easier to plan runs more efficiently and fill vehicles to their full capacity.
Route Planner Trips Now Sorted in Chronological Order
Unrouted trips in the Route Planner are now sorted in chronological order by estimated pickup time - just like they appear on the Operations screen. This gives dispatchers a consistent view across both screens, making it easier to manage and track trips without the confusion of different sorting orders.
Note: Previously, trips without a requested pickup time were pushed to the bottom of the list. They will now be sorted alongside all other trips based on their estimated pickup time.
Cancelled and No-Show Trips Now Visible for Ongoing Runs
The Runs pane on the Operations screen now has a new “En-route cancellations & no-shows” toggle.
When turned ON, any trips that are cancelled or marked as no-show after a run moves into an Ongoing status will be visible in the run cards, giving dispatchers full visibility into all trips associated with that run.
Note
- At this time, runs with a single trip, which get marked as no-show or canceled will still not show up if the toggle is turned ON.
- Only changes that occurred after a run was started are shown at this time.

Improved Sibling Identification for Accurate Fare Calculations
To improve sibling fare calculations, we have updated our sibling identification logic as follows -
- Siblings will now need to have the same pick-up street address and the same apartment/unit number.
- Passengers with the same pick-up street address but with a different or missing apartment/unit number will not be recognized as siblings.
The updated logic ensures that only students who truly share the same home are grouped as siblings, keeping fare calculations fair and accurate.
Loading Indicator Added to the Booking Form
When saving a new or existing booking, dispatchers will now see a loading indicator while the system processes the save, signaling they should wait before taking any further action.

Total Driver Fare Now Available on the Trip Card
The Trip Card on the Operations screen now displays the Total Driver Fare, making it easier for dispatchers to share driver fare details with substitute drivers when filling in for a trip.
Note: This data is only available in the Trip Card for school domain accounts.

“Will Call” Identifier Added to Trip and Routes Cards
When a "Will Call" trip moves to an "Unassigned" or "Waiting" status, a visual identifier will now appear on the route / trip card, giving dispatchers context that this was originally a Will Call.

Routes Now Searchable by Route ID
The Run/Route filter in the Trips & Routes pane now supports searching by route number, making it faster for dispatchers to find a specific route.
