Hey everyone!
We have released Version 4.109.0 on Thursday, March 5, 2026.
Bulk Driver Selection & Gender-Based Filtering for CIM Exclusions
This release improves the CIM Exclusions workflow by introducing bulk driver selection and gender-based filtering. Dispatchers can now manage exclusions more efficiently while maintaining clarity and consistency in exclusion rules for sensitive rider groups. This release also introduces more accurate ETA calculations when multiple trips originate from the same location, improving scheduling reliability and operational planning.
Key Highlights
- Bulk driver selection for faster CIM exclusion management
- Gender-based filtering to simplify exclusion configuration
- Improved visibility of existing exclusions with guided warnings
- Clear validation to prevent conflicting exclusion rules
- More accurate ETA calculations for multiple trips from the same location
Gender-Based Driver Filtering
We introduced gender-based filtering and improved validation logic to help dispatchers configure exclusions more clearly and avoid conflicting rules.
What’s New?
- Dispatchers can filter drivers by gender and name when configuring exclusions.
- The Add Exclusion now displays following headers:
- Gender Exclusions
- Driver Exclusions (By Name)
- Exclusion Notes
- Current Exclusions

- A new Gender Exclusions section displays the Gender and a dropdown with search bar to search for the drivers.

- A new Driver Exclusions (By Name) section displays the full list of drivers along with their gender. If gender is not defined for a driver, the label “Not defined” will be displayed.

- Users are guided with warning messages when exclusions already exist, helping them edit or delete existing configurations rather than creating duplicates.
- Informational confirmation is shown when saving exclusions, clarifying that existing recurring routes remain unaffected.
- Validation messages prevent applying conflicting rules when both gender-based exclusions and individual driver exclusions overlap.

- The Edit Exclusion window now displays following headers:
- Exclude By (Dropdown)
- Gender Exclusions
- Driver Exclusions (By Name)
- Exclusion Notes

- When editing an existing gender-based exclusion, if a previously selected gender (e.g., Male) is unchecked, the system displays a validation message indicating that the current exclusion will no longer be valid and requires the existing exception to be removed before proceeding.

- If a user attempts to switch the exclusion from one gender to another (e.g., Male to Female), the system prompts the user to first remove the existing gender exclusion using the provided option and prevents saving until the previous exclusion is cleared.

- The system now prevents applying both Gender Exclusions and Driver Exclusions (By Name) for the same gender simultaneously. If such a conflict occurs, a validation message guides the user to remove the existing driver-based exclusion before proceeding, ensuring clear and consistent exclusion rules.

- If drivers are already excluded, and the user clicks on Add Exclusion, the system displays the existing exclusions and provides a three-dots (more options) menu allowing users to Edit or Delete the exclusion, while preventing the creation of additional exclusion entries and guiding users to update the existing exclusion instead.

Bulk Driver Selection for CIM Exclusions
We enhanced the CIM Exclusions interface to allow dispatchers to select and apply exclusions to multiple drivers in a single action.
What’s New?
- Dispatchers can select multiple drivers from the driver list using checkboxes.
- Exclusions can be applied to all selected drivers at once.

Value Delivered:
- Significantly faster management of driver exclusions.
- Improved visibility into driver details during exclusion configuration.
- Reduced manual effort when managing exclusions for multiple drivers.
- More efficient workflows for dispatchers handling sensitive rider cases.
Value Delivered:
- Clearer and more structured CIM exclusion configuration.
- Improved accuracy when applying gender-based exclusion rules.
- Prevention of conflicting or duplicate exclusion logic.
- Greater transparency when modifying existing exclusion settings.
Improved ETA Calculation for Multiple Trips from the Same Location
We enhanced the ETA calculation logic to provide more accurate timing when multiple trips originate from the same location.
What’s New?
- When the Rule-based ETA calculation logic is enabled, the system now applies scaled load times when multiple trips start from the same location.
- Instead of stacking load times for each trip, the algorithm intelligently adjusts the load duration.
- ETA recalculations triggered by dispatcher actions now account for these optimized load time calculations.
Value Delivered:
- More accurate ETA calculations for clustered pickups.
- Reduced artificial delays caused by stacked load times.
- Improved operational planning and schedule reliability for dispatchers and drivers.
