Hey everyone!

We have released Version 4.113.0 on Wednesday, March 17, 2026.

Companion Linking — Back to Booking Now Cancels Save and Preserves Edits

Key Highlights

Summary

When linking a companion booking to passengers already assigned to drivers, the system displayed a conflict modal. However, selecting Back to Booking still triggered a success confirmation without actually saving changes or creating the route, leaving the dispatcher in a confusing “half-saved” state.

What’s changed?

Back to Booking now correctly cancels the save action.

When selected:

  • The user is returned to the companion booking form
  • No changes are persisted to the system

All in-progress edits are preserved, including:

  • Selected passengers for linking
  • Edited booking fields (time, seating need, notes, etc.)
  • The form remains in an unsaved state, allowing the dispatcher to modify and retry.
  • No success message is shown when Back to Booking is selected.

Value Delivered

This fix removes misleading system feedback, preserves dispatcher input, and ensures safe handling of companion linking conflicts — reducing rework and preventing accidental data inconsistencies during dispatching.

IRIS — Mark as Ready for Will Call Trips

Key Highlights

Feature Summary

IRIS users can now mark Will Call trips as ready directly from the portal without requiring dispatcher intervention.

What’s New?

A new Mark as Ready action is available for Will Call trips in IRIS.

When selected:

  • The trip status is updated to Unassigned
  • The system processes the action without requiring dispatcher involvement
  • The system returns a success or error message based on the result.

Value Delivered

This enhancement empowers IRIS users to independently activate Will Call trips, reducing dependency on dispatchers and improving operational efficiency.

IRIS — Revive Cancelled Bookings

Key Highlights

Feature Summary

IRIS now supports reviving cancelled bookings, allowing users to reactivate trips without creating new bookings.

What’s New?

Users can revive a cancelled booking directly from IRIS.

When triggered:

  • Booking status changes from Cancelled to Unassigned
  • The system processes the action and returns a success or error response

Value Delivered

This reduces duplicate booking creation, improves operational flexibility, and allows faster recovery from cancellations.

Orion Validation — Route Feasibility Now Uses Solver Constraints

Key Highlights

Feature Summary

Route validation now uses Orion’s solver logic to ensure consistency between suggested routes and manual validation.

What’s New?

Route validation now applies Orion’s constraint logic, including:

  • Time window feasibility between driver capacity and trip timing
  • Vehicle seating compatibility with trip requirements
  • Skill compatibility between vehicle and trip
  • Routes are marked feasible only if all Orion validations pass.
  • Validation responses include detailed failure reasons when constraints are not met.

Value Delivered

This ensures consistency between Orion suggestions and manual validation, improves route accuracy, and provides clearer feedback for dispatchers when routes are not feasible.

IRIS — Dynamic Map Center Based on Active Trips

Key Highlights

Feature Summary

The IRIS map now dynamically centers based on the trips currently displayed, replacing the previous hardcoded default location.

What’s New?

The map center is calculated using the geographic midpoint of visible trips based on pickup and drop-off coordinates.

The system recalculates the center when:

  • Trips are loaded
  • Filters are applied
  • Pagination updates the trip list
  • The system no longer defaults to a hardcoded location.
  • When no trips are available, the map gracefully falls back to a default tenant location if configured.

Value Delivered

This provides a more accurate and context-aware map experience, improving usability and eliminating confusion caused by irrelevant default locations.

Orion Enhancement — Drop Trips Exceeding Configured Transit Time

Key Highlights

Feature Summary

Dispatchers can now configure a maximum allowed transit time for trips, ensuring that infeasible trips are excluded during route optimization.

What’s New?

A configurable upper limit for trip transit time is now supported via the JSON editor.

If a trip exceeds the defined transit duration:

  • The trip is automatically excluded from Orion processing
  • Configuration can be customized per tenant.

Value Delivered

This ensures more realistic routing outcomes, prevents infeasible trip assignments, and gives dispatchers greater control over solver behavior.

Orion Enhancement — Route Splitting Based on Configuration

Key Highlights

Feature Summary

Orion now supports splitting routes into smaller runs based on configurable conditions.

What’s New?

Routes can be automatically split into individual runs based on configuration.

Splitting behavior can be defined based on:

  • Wait time
  • Each trip
  • Routes will not be split when:
  • Trips are grouped
  • Vehicle is not empty

Value Delivered

This provides greater flexibility in route structuring, enabling dispatchers to optimize operations based on business-specific requirements.

IRIS — Vehicle Details Display on Assigned Trips

Key Highlights

Feature Summary

IRIS now displays complete vehicle details for assigned trips, improving visibility and safety for users.

What’s New?

Assigned trips now display vehicle information in the following format: Color – Make – Model – Plate

Vehicle attributes are derived from vehicle configuration, including:

  • Make
  • Model
  • Color
  • The license plate is sourced from the vehicle record.
  • If any value is missing, the system displays “N/A” while preserving the format.

Value Delivered

This improves transparency, enhances safety, and allows users to accurately identify assigned vehicles.

editing bookings.

Value Delivered

These improvements enhance usability, reduce confusion during booking edits, and provide a smoother and more reliable IRIS experience.
