Hey everyone!

We have released Version 4.111.1 on Friday, March 13, 2026.

Companion CSV Imports — Automatic Will Call Creation Without Time Mapping

Key Highlights

Feature Summary

CSV imports now support creating companion bookings without requiring pickup and drop-off times. When time fields are missing, the system automatically creates these bookings as Will Call, ensuring imports succeed without forcing artificial scheduling data.

What's New?

When a CSV file contains companion trips with missing pickup and drop-off times, the system automatically treats them as Will Call bookings.

The system detects when:

• Pickup and drop-off time fields are not mapped
• Mapped but left blank in the CSV record

For mixed CSV files:

• Companion trips without times are created as Will Call
• Trips with valid times follow the normal import flow

All Will Call bookings created via CSV behave the same as manually created Will Call trips.

Value Delivered

This enhancement removes the dependency on time data during import, prevents failed or incorrect trip creation, and aligns CSV workflows with real-world Will Call operations, allowing dispatchers to activate trips when ready.

Notification Stability — Prevent Duplicate Call/SMS Triggers from Conflict States

Key Highlights

Summary

In certain edge cases, Call/SMS notifications were retriggered due to conflict scenarios (such as state mismatches or 409 errors) not being explicitly tracked, resulting in duplicate or unintended notifications.

What’s Addressed?

A new notification status has been introduced to explicitly track conflict scenarios.

Notifications that encounter conflicts are now:

• Marked with a dedicated status
• Prevented from being retriggered automatically

Improved handling of batching scenarios to avoid duplicate attempts.

Value Delivered

This improvement reduces duplicate or unintended Call/SMS notifications, improves reliability of communication workflows, and provides clearer visibility into notification failures.

What’s New?

• All messaging services now operate on CometChat
• QuickBlox dependency has been fully removed
• Messaging behavior is now standardized across all tenants

Value Delivered

This migration improves messaging reliability and performance, provides a stronger foundation for future enhancements, and ensures a more scalable communication system across the platform.
