IRIS now provides clearer visibility into booking synchronization between the portal and Dispatch, along with improved user feedback for booking creation and update scenarios.

What's New?

The global timestamp label has been updated:

“Last Updated” is now displayed as “Last Refreshed” in the header

Trip-level visibility improvements:

• Each trip card now displays a “Last Updated” timestamp
• Each trip card displays “Updated by” information showing the last user who modified the booking

When a booking is created but not yet visible in IRIS:

An inline warning banner informs the user that the booking is created in Dispatch and will appear shortly

When a booking is updated but changes are not yet visible:

An inline warning banner informs the user that updates are synced but may take time to reflect

User action safeguards:

Edit button is disabled while booking updates are not yet synchronized
