We released Version 4.78.0 on Thursday, August 28, 2025.
Dispatch UI Enhancements: Site & Grade Support Across Booking Form and CSV Uploads
This release introduces major improvements in the Dispatch UI and booking workflows with new capabilities for Site and Grade associations. These updates streamline booking entry across forms, APIs, and bulk CSV uploads, reducing manual errors and improving data consistency.
Key Highlights
Dispatch UI - Display Site, Grade & Takes Breakfast association:
- New Site, Grade & Takes Breakfast fields have been added in the booking form in the Accounts section.
- During booking creation, saved School and Grade auto-fill in the form along with Account, but dispatchers can still override values.
- Site field is search-enabled with autocomplete dropdown.
- Grade is a dropdown field with fixed pre-configured values.
Bulk csv Booking Upload - Site & Grade association:
- Site Selection:
- Users must select a Site (along with Account & Fleet) during upload.
- All uploaded records will be associated with the selected Site.
- If left blank, existing Site Values remain unchanged.
- Grade Field:
- CSV mapping screen now includes a Grade as a mappable field.
- System updates existing student records with new Grade values, inserts new ones if not found, and leaves Grade unchanged if blank.
