Global Search Now Shows Passenger's Primary Address

When searching Global Search by the Passenger filter, the result pane now shows the passenger's primary address from their CIM profile.

If no primary address is on file, the result pane shows “Address Not Available”

Operations Search Results Now Include Passenger Date of Birth

Searching for a passenger in the Trips & Routes pane or the Global Search bar in the Operations screen now includes the passenger's date of birth in the results, making it easier for dispatchers to find the right passenger. 

Email Field Optional on Booking Portal's Add Payer Screen

The email field on the Add Payer screen in the Booking Portal is optional, so a payer can be added without an email address on file. This applies to the Private Payer flow. 

Booking Portal Now Shows Trip Change Notifications

The Booking Portal's notification panel displays updates for a student's scheduled trips. Each notification includes the passenger's name, the date of the change, a timestamp, and an unread indicator appears on the notifications icon when a new notification arrives. 

• Running Late - sent once, for pickup only, when the driver's estimated arrival is more than 10 mins behind schedule. 
  • Message: Running late. [Passenger Name] [Date] Delayed, new ETA [time]

• Driver Change - sent when the assigned driver changes and shows a Permanent or Temporary tag. 
  • Message: Driver Change. [Passenger Name] [Date]. [Driver Name] will now be driving - [vehicle color/make/model/year], [license plate]

• Schedule Change - sent when the scheduled pick-up or drop-off time changes and shows a Permanent or Temporary tag.
  • Message: Schedule change. [Passenger Name] [Date] Pick-up time now [time]
  • Message: Schedule change. [Passenger Name] [Date] Drop-off time now [time]

• Location Change - sent when the pickup or drop-off location changes and shows a Permanent or Temporary tag. 
  • Message: Location change. [Passenger Name] [Date] Pick-up now at [location]
  • Message: Location change. [Passenger Name] [Date] Drop-off now at [location]

Same-Day Vehicle Switch Added to Operations Screen

Dispatchers can now switch a driver's vehicle for today's shift directly from the driver's capacity bar on the Operations screen, and Tobi automatically carries the driver's existing runs over to the new vehicle. 

• Only vehicles available for the shift appear in the vehicle dropdown - one already assigned to another driver won't show up. 
• The switch is blocked if the driver's current vehicle has a run in progress, the new vehicle is already assigned elsewhere for the shift, or its seating doesn't match what the shift requires.
• If a passenger has excluded the selected vehicle, a warning appears in the confirmation step, but the switch can still proceed. 
• Runs the driver already completed stay on the original vehicle; remaining runs move to a new shift card on the new vehicle
• The switch applies to today's shift only and doesn't affect future day trips.
