Configuring Authorize.Net in Tobi

Tobi integrates with Authorize.Net to securely process credit card payments. To configure the integration, you will need your API Login ID and Transaction Key from your Authorize.Net account.

Prerequisites

Before configuring Authorize.Net in Tobi, ensure you have access to:

1. API Login ID
2. Transaction Key

Important: These credentials are unique to your Authorize.Net account and should be stored securely. Only share them with authorized personnel.

Generating a Transaction Key in Authorize.Net

Note: The Transaction Key is only displayed once when it is generated. Be sure to copy and securely store the value before leaving the page.

Configuring Authorize.Net in Tobi

Once you have your API Login ID and Transaction Key:

1: Navigate to Configurations & Select fleet.

2:Locate your fleet and click Edit Fleet.

3: Scroll down to the Payment Gateway configuration section & select Authorize.net from the dropdown in “Select Payment gateway”.

4: Enter your Authorize.Net credentials in the appropriate fields.

5:Click Save.

Your Authorize.Net account is now connected to Tobi and ready to process payments.

Troubleshooting

If you experience issues with payment processing:

1. Verify that the API Login ID and Transaction Key were entered correctly.
2. Confirm that the Transaction Key has not been regenerated since it was entered into Tobi.
3. Ensure your Authorize.Net account is active and configured to process transactions.
