Account-Level Call & SMS Trigger Configuration:

• Backend configuration allows notification triggers to be set per account or contract.
• rips for accounts without notification settings will not receive SMS or call reminders.
• Multi-select dropdown available in tenant settings to manage account-level notification preferences.

Two-Batch SMS & Call Triggers for Daily Trip Reminders

• Notifications now sent in two batches per day:
  • Batch 1: Covers all trips created before the early notification window.
  • Batch 2: Captures late bookings creation/imports while skipping passengers already contacted.
• Deduplication ensures a passenger is not contacted twice for the same trip.
• Complete logging of all trip-passenger pairs included in each batch.

Prevent Calls to Invalid Phone Numbers Detected:

• Before initiating a call, the system now validates phone numbers.
• Numbers flagged as invalid (e.g., incomplete, malformed, disconnected) are marked “Invalid – Not Callable.”
• Invalid numbers are stored to prevent future attempts until updated.
• Shared invalid numbers across multiple passengers will be skipped for all related trips.

Notify Caregiver of Pickup/Drop-Off Time Change:

• Caregivers receive push notifications when pickup or drop-off times are updated before the ride starts.
• In-app banner alerts highlight time changes while logged in, with quick navigation to the Notifications tab.
• Notifications tab now maintains a history of time change alerts, including:
  • Student name
  • Original time vs. updated time
  • Change duration (+/- minutes)
• Notifications are only triggered for pre-ride updates.

Fixes & Improvements:

• Mark All Notifications as read: Corrected functionality to ensure all notifications are properly marked read without being cleared incorrectly.
• Single Notification read: Individual notifications now get marked as read on click.
• Real-Time refresh: Notifications now auto-refresh in real time, eliminating the need for manual screen refresh.
