This release introduces major enhancements to passenger identity management, expanded CSV import support for name and language fields, improved Booking Portal update handling for recurring trips, the ability to end Standing Orders directly from CIM, and several backend stability upgrades including Master Sync pause logic.

These improvements strengthen accuracy of passenger records, reduce errors in recurring booking updates, and ensure safer sync operations across accounts.

Complete Passenger Name Expansion Across CIM, Booking Form & Imports

Passenger records now support:

• First Name
• Middle Name
• Last Name
• Alias / Preferred Name
• MRN Number
• Preferred Language (with ISO code)
• Language Ability Mode (ESGN, ESP, EWR, RSGN, RSP, RWR)

New validation prevents duplicate MRNs, stores language codes properly, and ensures all new fields are accessible across booking workflows, searches, and CSV imports.

CSV Import Enhancements for Full Name & Language Attributes

Trip Import CSV now supports:

• Middle Name
• Last Name
• Alias
• MRN
• Preferred Language
• Language Ability Mode

Uploads include full mapping screen, UTF-8 support, improved error reporting, and intelligent profile updating using MRN/Medicaid/Name history.

Standing Order — End Recurring Ride From CIM

Dispatchers can now permanently end a Standing Order with a selected future end date.

Key behaviors:

• “End Standing Order” button added to CIM standing order screen
• Only future bookings beyond the selected date are deleted
• System prevents selecting past/today’s date
• Updates reflect immediately in the UI
• Adjusting the end date earlier deletes additional bookings
• Adjusting the end date later regenerates missing bookings using the original recurrence pattern

Autonomous Dispatch ; Next Day Dispatch — Execute for a Specific Time Window

We can now configure Next Day Dispatch processing to run for a specified window rather than the full day. Tenants requiring window configuration may contact help@tobicloud.com for setup.

Booking Portal Update Handling — Only Current Date Moves to Pending

When Booking Portal triggers updates:

• Only the current date’s booking moves to Pending Acceptance
• Future dates remain accepted unless explicitly edited
• Dispatcher choices behave intelligently:
  • Edit this booking → overrides only that date and marks only that date as Accepted
  • Edit this & future bookings → overrides all future dates and marks all as Accepted
  • Prevents loss of visibility for future bookings

Standing Order End-Date Processing

What’s new:

1. End date must be in the future
2. Future bookings deleted automatically
3. UI updates with “Ended” status and time-to-process message
4. Editing to earlier date deletes upcoming bookings
5. Editing to later date triggers nighttime regeneration job

Master Sync & Bulk Fetch Pause Logic

What’s new:

During Booking Portal account updates:

1. Master Sync and Bulk Fetch are paused or blocked
2. Any active sync safely aborted
3. Once updates finish, jobs resume automatically
4. All blocked attempts logged for monitoring
5. Prevents race conditions and partial-import issues.

Bug Fixes

Improper Handling of Pending Acceptance for Recurring Bookings

Resolved a bug where future recurring bookings incorrectly moved to Pending Acceptance or overwrote accepted states.

Name Field Formatting Issues

Fixed the inconsistent display of Middle/Last/Alias across CIM, Booking Form, and Operations screen.

CSV Import Mismatch Errors

Resolved errors where imports failed to update existing passenger profiles due to matching logic gaps.
