Hey everyone!
We released Version 4.95.0 on Thursday, November 13, 2025.
This release introduces enhancements to Run Itinerary visibility and first-trip ETA accuracy. Dispatchers can now see wait times clearly within multi-stop runs, understand how intermediate pickups align to schedule, and rely on improved ETA validation for first pickups — ensuring more predictable, transparent, and accurate routing outcomes.
Key Highlights
Visible Wait Time in Run Itinerary
- Dispatchers can now view Wait Time for intermediate stops directly in the itinerary.
- This enhancement provides clarity on how route sequencing is determined and why a driver may appear early or paused before the next scheduled pickup.
- Wait time is automatically calculated when a driver must pause before the next passenger’s pickup time.
- The ETA now reflects actual arrival plus wait duration, giving dispatchers full transparency into stop-to-stop timing.
- Enhances understanding of multi-passenger runs where staggered pickup times require temporary holds at intermediate stops.
Example:

This makes route timing easier to interpret and eliminates confusion about early arrivals or idle time between stops.
Enhanced ETA Alignment for First Trip in Run
- This update enhnaces inconsistencies between run start time and the first trip’s ETA.
- The system now automatically verifies whether a driver’s shift start time and location make the first pickup feasible — and recalculates ETA accordingly.
- ETA for the first pickup now always aligns with the requested pickup time when feasible.
- If the driver’s start location makes an on-time arrival impossible, the run is flagged as “Not Feasible for this Driver.”
- When minor ETA discrepancies are caused by prior rearrangements or cached data, the system automatically recalculates and corrects the time.
- Provides dispatchers with immediate visibility into whether an ETA variance reflects a real operational issue or a recalculation need.
Example:
Run |

|---|---|---|---|---|

⚠️ Not Feasible – Driver start too far |
