Run Start Location and Run Start Time Accuracy Improved Across All Run Types

We've improved how Run Start Location and Run Start Time are calculated across the platform. These values are now determined dynamically based on a driver's real schedule and current situation - whether a run is newly created, updated, or generated from a recurring schedule or standing order. This means more accurate, realistic start times on the Operations Screen and in the Driver App, reducing planning gaps and improving on-time performance visibility.

Exclusions Tab Added to Route Planner

Route Planner now includes an Exclusions tab, giving dispatchers full visibility into trips that have been removed from a recurring route. Each excluded trip displays the excluded passenger along with details of who excluded them, when and why, making it easier to verify and troubleshoot route changes.

Vehicle Details Now Displayed on Assigned Trip Cards in Booking Portal

Booking Portal users can now see the assigned vehicle's color, make, model, and license plate directly on the trip card once a driver has been assigned, making it easier to identify the incoming vehicle.

• Details are displayed in the following format: Color Make - Model Plate Number (e.g. White Toyota - Camry 1669).
• If any vehicle detail is missing, only the available fields are shown
• If none of the vehicle details are available, the trip card displays “Vehicle Details Not Available”
  
  
  
  
   

Vehicle Details and Odometer Readings Added to Vehicle Inspection Reports

Submitted vehicle inspection reports now display the vehicle's make/model, license plate, VIN, and odometer readings, giving tenant admins a complete record of each inspection without cross-reference vehicle records separately. Dispatchers can also download a PDF copy of any submitted vehicle checklist directly from the vehicle checklist screen.

Vehicle Inspection Report:

• Login inspection reports show the start odometer reading; the end reading is left blank until logout.
• Logout inspection reports show both the start and end odometer readings.
• Once the odometer reading is captured at logout, inspection reports submitted earlier in that session are automatically updated to include both readings.
• The PDF includes Date, Submitted By, Driver Name, Inspection Type, Make/Model, License Plate, VIN, Shift Start, Shift End, Start Odometer and End Odometer.
• Vehicle details reflect the configuration at the time of submission and are read-only on the report - later changes to vehicle configuration don't affect previously submitted reports.

Signature Section on Trip Ticket PDF Updated

The signature section on the trip ticket PDF displays only the signatures that have been captured - driver, passenger, and companion - in that order. When a signature is not available, the remaining signatures move up automatically, removing blank space from the layout.

Uncaptured signatures are hidden entirely, keeping the trip ticket clean and reducing confusion during audits.
