Key Highlights
Tag-Based Warning Framework — Dispatcher & Driver Awareness
What’s Changed:
Tags can now be configured with a “Show Warning” flag. Bookings using warning-enabled tags display:
- Warning icons on Trip Cards for dispatchers.
- Warning popups in the Driver App at key moments (schedule view, run open, arrival events).
- Multiple warning tags are clearly listed in tooltips and popups.
- Warning status dynamically updates if tag configuration changes after booking creation.

- Ensures sensitive or special-attention bookings are clearly visible across Dispatch and Driver workflows.
- Improves preparedness, safety, and situational awareness during routing and execution.

“Needs Review” Status — SMS & Call Response Handling
What’s Changed:
Trips are marked Needs Review when:
- SMS replies are not “1” (Confirm) or “2” (Cancel).
- Automated call responses return invalid or unmapped input.
Operations screen updates include:
Warning indicators on Trip Cards.
- Filters for Confirmed / Unconfirmed / Needs Review.
- Visibility into exact SMS text or call response reason.
- Dispatchers can manually confirm or unconfirm trips, overriding the Needs Review status.
- Looker dashboards now track Needs Review volumes and resolution outcomes.

- Prevents missed or ambiguous confirmations.
- Gives dispatchers full control to resolve unclear passenger responses confidently.

Companion-at-Appointment — Handoff Confirmation & Trip Ticket Visibility
What’s Changed:
Drivers are prompted to confirm handoff when offboarding passengers marked Companion at Appointment.
Optional capture of:
- Handoff person name
- Signature
Handoff details are:
- Logged in Activity Logs
- Displayed on Trip Tickets with timestamp and verification details

- Strengthens accountability and compliance during passenger handoffs.
- Provides clear documentation for audits and post-trip review.



CSV Import Enhancements — Companion Bookings
What’s Changed:
CSV import now fully supports Companion bookings and multi-leg scenarios.
For Companion records:
- When importing trips, select “Companion” as the Trip Purpose to create companion bookings
- Name, Phone, and MRN validation is bypassed.
- Existing companion profiles are reused when available.
- “Companion” tag is auto-applied if missing.
- Passenger validation rules remain unchanged.

- Eliminates import failures and manual cleanup.
- Ensures accurate and scalable creation of companion-related trips.
Booking Portal & CIM — Multi-Address Sync
What’s Changed:
- Addresses saved from the Booking Portal sync to CIM as temporary addresses.
- Legacy single-address fields have been hidden and deprecated on the Booking Portal.
- Multi-address data now syncs reliably in both directions between Dispatch and Booking Portal.

- Prevents data corruption and inconsistency.
- Prepares the platform for future multi-address UI enhancements.
Driver App Usability Improvements
What’s Changed:
- Driver App now displays First Name, Middle Name, Last Name, and Alias for each passenger stop.
- Name and alias data are consistently sourced from CIM and Booking workflows.

- Reduces unnecessary calls to dispatch.
