Driver App Permissions (iPhone)
Discover which app permissions are necessary for your iPhone driver apps to function correctly and how to manage them effectively.

In order for the Tobi Driver app to work properly, it requires certain permissions. If any of these are not turned on or set properly, the driver will need to edit their permissions and update them. You can find these on the iPhone by going to Settings >> Apps >> Tobi.
App Settings
The settings for the Tobi app should include:
- Location: Always
- Montion & Fitness: On
- Camera: On
- Cellular Data: On
Location Settings
Within the Location setting, it should be set to Always
What if I don't see the Motion & Fitness option?
It is then likely that you do not have this permission turned on at the system level. To do so go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Motion & Fitness and make sure the permission is toggled on.
