The Tobi Ride Tracker app allows parents, guardians, caregivers, and other approved contacts to view and track rides in real time.

Inviting a Parent, Guardian, or Caregiver

To grant someone access to the Tobi Ride Tracker app:

1. Open the passenger’s profile in Tobi.
2. Select Add Account.
3. Enter the user’s information, including their email address.
4. Save the account.

Logging In

1. Download and open the Tobi Ride Tracker app.
2. Enter your email address.
3. You will receive an email with a code to login
4. Once the code is entered, you will be signed in

Need Help?

If a user does not receive their invitation email after 30 minutes, verify that the email address entered in Tobi is correct. If the issue persists, contact your Tobi administrator or help@tobicloud.com
