We released Version 4.85.0 on Wednesday, October 01, 2025.
Booking Accuracy, Dispatcher Efficiency, and Driver Notifications
This release focuses on improving dispatcher efficiency, fixing data consistency issues, and enhancing visibility across Operations, CIM, Driver, and Caregiver apps. We’ve also introduced SLA-based sync and OTEL metrics for better monitoring.
Key Highlights
Operations Screen Enhancements:

Persistent search results for Drivers & Passengers:
- Fixed an issue where driver search results auto-refreshed and cleared after 5-10 seconds in Driver Pane.
- Passenger search results on the Trips & Routes pane are now retained until cleared or modified.

Accurate Trip Count
- Fixed an issue where trip counts capped at 100. Counts now match the actual number of trips.
- Trip counts remain visible even when filters are expanded.
Standing Orders Tab on CIM (Passenger Profile):

Active Standing Orders Display:
- Dispatchers can now view structured, expandable lists of each passenger’s active standing orders.

- Recurrence pattern & exclusion days
- Start/end dates
- Pickup & drop-off times and addresses
- Seating requirements

Driver & Route Assignments
- Driver & Route names are displayed once assigned.
Booking Portal performance Improvement:
- Trips from Yesterday to Today + X days now sync immediately, allowing dispatchers to see and act on bookings faster.
- Trips outside this window sync in overnight batches, with retry logic for failed jobs, ensuring consistent and up-to-date data without overloading the system.
- Performance Impact:
- Reduces latency in booking visibility.
- Minimizes missed or delayed updates.
- Ensures smoother system operation during peak times.
Driver App Updates:
- Drivers now receive real-time push notifications for cancelled rides.
- Notifications include student name, pickup time, timestamp, and cancellation type.
- Cancelled passengers are removed from active lists, and cancellation labels appear in trip history.
Performance Improvement – Caregiver App:
- Enables faster detection of bottlenecks in trip and booking updates.
- Improves reliability of ETA data for caregivers and dispatchers.
