We released Version 4.83.0 on Tuesday, September 23, 2025.
Operational Efficiency & Caregiver Experience Enhancements
This release delivers significant improvements across dispatch, caregiver, billing, and system operations. Key updates strengthen performance, fix critical bugs, enhance real-time visibility, and introduce new caregiver communication features. Together, these upgrades improve reliability, coordination, and overall user experience.
Key Highlights
Driver Assignment & Trip Visibility:
- Fixed an issue where driver assignment details were missing in both Caregiver App and Booking Portal after a route update.
- Assignments now display correctly with real-time trip status updates, ensuring transparency for caregivers and dispatchers.
- Trip tracking cards now display the number of intermediate stops (e.g., “Stops: 2”), dynamically updating when stops change.
Caregiver Notifications & Communication:
- Caregiver–Driver Chat: Caregivers can directly chat with assigned drivers during active trips. Chat access closes 30 minutes after trip completion for privacy and efficiency.
Invoice Management & Billing Accuracy:
- Invoice Search Fix: Resolved issue where invoice searches returned no results despite existing invoices.
- Invoice Sync Fix: Fixed syncing issues that prevented newly created invoices in Tobi from appearing in the Booking Portal.
- Improved invoice reliability ensures smoother billing workflows across accounts.
Operations Performance & Stability:
- Operations Tab: Optimized booking load with batch requests during screen load, global filter changes, and booking filter changes resulting in faster dispatcher workflows.
- Operations Map: Improved map rendering and responsiveness for smoother dispatcher interactions.
- ETA Processing Fix: Resolved a bug causing ETA calculation failures.
User Management Enhancements:
- Employee ID Flexibility:
- Tenant admins can manually enter Employee IDs or let the system auto-assign them.
- Duplicate IDs are blocked with inline error messaging.
- IDs can be searched, sorted, and exported in reports.
- All changes logged with full audit trail (old/new value, editor, timestamp).
Pricing & Dispatcher Control:
- Lock/Unlock Price Confirmation: New confirmation popups help dispatchers understand price lock/unlock impacts before proceeding.
- Unlocking allows manual edits; locking re-calculates prices.
- Reduces errors and improves dispatcher control.
- Cancelled Trip on Driver App: Cancelled trips with fare = 0 are excluded from Driver App history.
