Run Editing Stability — Run Card Remains Fixed in Place While Editing

Feature Summary:

Dispatchers now maintain uninterrupted control while modifying a run — the run card stays fixed in its position, without shifting or moving due to real-time updates on other runs.

What's Improved:

• Auto-refresh is temporarily disabled whenever a Run is in Edit mode.
• The run card remains in the same position in the list — no jumping or moving.
• Backend updates to other Runs continue processing in the background.
• If updates occur on any run:
  • A warning popup notifies the user that newer changes exist
  • User can continue editing without interruption
  • If user Cancels or Saves & exit edit mode (discarding changes)
• Unsaved changes are never overwritten by background updates.

This enhancement prevents the active Run Card from unexpectedly moving in the list, reducing confusion and allowing dispatchers to stay focused — improving efficiency and accuracy during scheduling activities.
