Production Stability Fix – Run Creation Transaction Optimization

We resolved a critical production issue causing intermittent pop-out errors due to deadlocks during run and itinerary creation. The previous implementation executed run creation for all days within a single large transaction, resulting in long-held locks and blocking behavior under load.

What's Improved:

• The run creation workflow has been restructured to operate per day, each in its own transaction.
• Reduced the size and lock duration of the transactional block.
• Eliminated unnecessary or unused code paths.
• Improved system behavior by reducing row-level locking across high-traffic tables.
