Tag Warning Consistency for Standing Order Recurrence

Resolved an issue where Tag-based warnings were only displayed on the first generated service day of a Standing Order, leaving future recurrence dates without the required safety or compliance notifications.

• Tag warnings now display correctly for every generated service day.
• The system consistently triggers the warning display event across all recurrences.
• A backfill/sync mechanism ensures previously generated bookings with warning-eligible Tags also display the warning.

Incorrect Standing Order Start Date Display

• Added preventive validations to avoid repeat occurrences.

• Ensured all generated recurrence dates appear consistently in CIM.
• Reconciled UI-rendering logic across CIM and Operations.

Next-Day Passenger SMS & Call Reminders

Implemented automated next-day SMS and voice reminders for requested tenant passengers using a dedicated number. Supports SMS-first then call fallback, validation rules, and CSV-imported passenger workflows.

• Automatic reminders for next-day trips at pre-configured time with call fallback.
• Number hygiene and channel validation.
• Supports CSV-imported passengers and updated phone numbers.
