We have released Version 4.102.0 on Thursday, January 08, 2026.

Tagging Enhancements, Route Planner Improvements, Workbook Updates, System Fixes, and Performance Optimizations

We are pleased to announce the release featuring a significant set of enhancements across Tag Management, Route Planner, Workbook operations, data consistency, and several stability improvements. This release strengthens dispatcher efficiency, data accuracy, and overall system reliability.

Key Highlights

CIM Tag Management Enhancements

We have introduced an enhanced tag-management workflow in CIM to ensure that tag updates on Passenger profiles remain consistent across all existing Standing Orders.

Key Highlights:

  • Tag Change Detection: When Dispatcher updates any tag on a Passenger profile, the system automatically detects modifications and prompts the user with a confirmation dialog.
  • Sync Prompt and Selective Update:
    The pop-up lists all Standing Orders associated with the Passenger and allows Dispatchers to:
    • Push updated tags to all or selected Standing Orders
    • Continue without syncing if desired
  • Automated Reevaluation: When tag updates are synced, the system immediately updates Standing Orders and triggers the rules engine to reevaluate related Trips.

 

Route Planner – Tag Visibility, Filtering & Warnings

The enhancements include advanced tag-based filtering, richer tag visibility on Trip Cards, and prominent warnings for high-priority tags on route planner screen, significantly improving routing efficiency, accuracy, and operational awareness.

Key Highlights:

  • Tag-Based Filtering on Unrouted Trips
    • New “Tags” filter added to the Unrouted Trips pane.
    • Supports multi-select, dropdown browsing, and text-based tag search.
    • Results dynamically show only those Trips matching all active filter conditions.
    • High-performance filtering ensures no UI delays.
    • Clear Filters option instantly resets all applied tag filters.
  • Tag Display on Unrouted Trip Cards
    • All tags associated with a booking now appear directly on the Trip Card.
    • When space is constrained, additional tags collapse into a “+X more” indicator (consistent with Operations screen behavior).
  • Warning Indicators for Critical Tags
    • Tags configured with “Show Warning” trigger a visible warning icon on the Trip Card.
    • Hover or click displays the tag’s specific warning message.
    • Warning logic updates in real time when tag rules or booking data change.
    • Fully supported for Trips created or modified via CSV, or UI.

 

Workbook Enhancements – Tag Viewing, Filtering & Export

Tags are now displayed as a dedicated field in both Trips and Bookings view, improving visibility and decision-making.

Key Highlights:

  • “Tag” is now available as a filter option on Workbook.
  • Multi-select tag search supported.
  • Filtered results show only those Trips/Bookings containing the selected tags.
  • Exports now include a dedicated column listing all tags associated with each Trip or Booking.

 

Tagging – Audit & Reporting Enhancements

Improved transparency for administrators with detailed tag history tracking.

Key Highlights:

  • Searchable tag-change audit trail.
  • Filters available for Passenger, Trip, and user.
  • Visibility into who changed what and when.

 

CIM Enhancements – Preferred Language Expansion

CIM now supports a broader set of Passenger languages:

  • Arabic
  • Caldean
  • Tagalog

These are now available in the Preferred Language dropdown.

 

iCabbi Broker Improvements – Active Driver Mapping Only

Driver mapping logic updated to prevent associations with inactive staff.

Key Highlights:

  • System now retrieves only active drivers during mapping.
  • Mapping created only if an active match exists
  • Ensures accurate driver associations for booking/allocate events.

 

MAS Claims Processing – Sequential Same-Day Invoice Handling

A new sequential processing workflow ensures accurate MAS authorization updates for passengers with multiple same-day invoices.

Key Highlights:

  • Authorization updates processed one at a time to prevent overrides.
  • Stable and accurate invoice finalization.
  • All eligible invoices now properly submitted for claims.

 

Performance Optimization – Driver Assignment Job

We optimized the driver assignment workflow by iterating over runs instead of recurring routes, reducing unnecessary database calls and improving job performance.

 

Operations Enhancements

These enhancements strengthen operational consistency by aligning itinerary sequences with backend data, correcting MRN search behavior, and formally documenting a node-movement defect for follow-up resolution.

Key Highlights:

  • Itinerary Sequence Accuracy Restored
    • UI now displays itinerary order exactly as stored in the database.
    • All UI-side reordering logic removed.
    • Performance remains unaffected with no interface delays.
  • MRN Search Improvement
    • Searching by Passenger MRN now returns accurate Trips and related results in the Trips & Routes pane.
  • Grouped Pickup Node Movement Bug resolution
    • System now allows movement of trips part of group node in a route.

 

UI Improvements – Stability & Error Handling Enhancements

These improvements deliver critical UI stability upgrades by resolving TypeErrors, improving defensive data handling, and enabling clearer debugging.

Key Highlights:

  • Implemented null checks and optional chaining to prevent runtime exceptions.
  • UI now handles missing or partial driver data without failures.
  • Strengthened data validation prior to accessing objects.
  • Updated component logic to eliminate race conditions.
  • Added and configured for human-readable error traces.
  • Enhanced diagnosis and root-cause analysis across all environments.
