Tobi has two different methods for calculating the fare for a booking: manually and automated. An automated calculation will use the price rules you have set up, while manual pricing will need to have line items added and/or edited to the correct pricing for the trip.

In the event your fare is not calculating properly, it is always good to see if it has been unlocked and manually edited. To do so, check whether the 🔒 icon above the leg charges is unlocked. If it is unlocked, the lock icon will appear unlocked and you will see the following text when you hover on it:

If it is unlocked and you wish to have the price rule re-applied to the booking, follow the steps below.
