Viewing Driver Shift Details:
Shift Overview:
- On the dispatch dashboard, each driver's shift is represented by a bar.
- Green Bar: Indicates the driver's available shift time.
- Red Marks: Show the times when the driver is assigned trips and will be busy.
Vehicle Information:
- Alongside the shift bar, you can view details such as the vehicle assigned (e.g., Van 9) and the last known GPS location of the vehicle.
Updating Driver Shifts:
How to Update:
- To make changes to a driver’s shift, click anywhere on the green or red shift bar.
- This will open the shift details for that driver.
Modifications You Can Make:
- Change Vehicle: You can assign a different vehicle to the driver for their shift.
- Update Shift Times: Adjust the start and end times of the driver’s shift.
- Mark as Unavailable: If a driver is not available for a shift, you can mark them as unavailable.
Additional Options:
- Reason for Unavailability: Select a reason for marking a driver as unavailable.
- Comments: Add any necessary comments or notes to provide more context about the change.
Saving Changes:
- After making any updates, click Save to apply the changes to the driver’s shift.
