Update Shift
You can update shifts by clicking on the "Shift" bar.
Note: You won't be able to update the shift if the assigned runs fall out of the shift.
Remove Shift
You can remove the shift for the selected date of service.
Click on the "Shift" bar and select the toggle button to remove the shift.
Note: You won't be able to remove the shift if runs have already been assigned.
Add Driver Shift
You can create driver shifts from the operation screen for the selected service date.
- Click on the "+" icon on the top right of the "Drivers" pane.
- Select the driver from the list, fleet, shift time, and vehicle for the day.
- Upon saving, the driver will appear in the "Drivers" pane for trip assignment.
Screen Filters
You can filter trips, runs, and drivers by global filters.
- Date
- Fleet
- Service Area
- Vehicle Mode
Trip/Routes Pane Filters:
In conjunction with screen filters, you can filter the trips and routes by several options, such as:
- Client name
- Phone
- Address
- Status
- Account
- Source
- Account type
Runs Pane Filters:
In conjunction with screen filters, you can filter the runs by search options such as:
- Client name
- Phone
- Run status
